What sort of low cholesterol food do kids go for? There are many theories about what low cholesterol foods children will eat but in my mind they will eat what they want and no amount of persuasion will make them do otherwise. The ols saying that you can lead a horse to water but you can’t force him to drink is very true where kids are concerned; if they like something they’ll go for it but if they don’t, they won’t.
